Please read the following points carefully as use of our website and purchase of products by you mean that you agree to them.

You can order products displayed on this website online.
If you have placed your order on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.
Prices
Our prices are shown on our website.
We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but we will need to validate the price before we process your order. We also aim to display items which are in stock, as of the date shown, and which can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item, which you have ordered, or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money, which you have paid.
You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically to addresses in the UK and Ireland before you submit your credit card details.
Payment
For your security Hanging Mobiles does not see or record your payment details, we use Paypal the most secure method of paying by card online. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the Paypal shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We do not currently take payments over the phone
Delivery
We can deliver goods to destinations within and outside the UK. Within the UK and Northern Ireland, we use first class post. Within Europe, we endeavour to deliver your product within 7 working days
Internationally, we will make every effort to deliver your order within 28 days. For more information on delivery costs, please click here
Returns
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any goods and the original cost of delivery is non-refundable. This does not apply to faulty goods.
Faulty Goods
Faulty Goods if you return an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us at Info@hanging-mobile.co.uk to inform us and we will arrange a refund or replacement. in the event of you returning faulty goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage.
Damaged Packaging - All goods are securely packaged and if delivered damaged please DO NOT accept the parcel.
Returns and Refunds - If not 100% satisfied with your order you may return it at your own expense within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund less delivery charges. The refund will be issued on receipt of the goods to ourselves (please ensure they are securely packaged as we will not accept damaged parcels).
Personalised Products
Please note, however, that we are unable to refund or credit any personalised items, as they are specialized products. If you decide to cancel your order, please email us at info@hanging-mobile.co.uk, detailing your reasons for the return. You must also supply your Order_ID so that we can cancel the order and refund the transaction.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as royal mail first class
(recorded delivery).

We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.
We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.
You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse.
We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. because of the nature of the internet, the shopping online service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our internet services for any reason beyond our control.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Quotations/Prices
Quotations are provided to all customers free of charge, and are given on the basis of prices at the time of issue. Prices may be amended to reflect increases or fluctuations and/or any alteration in the rate of VAT, or excise duty. Individual quotations are valid for a period of 21 days from issue.
All VAT rates are shown on our invoice, or shown on our internet shop cart display when ordering. All prices quoted on our internet site show VAT within the price.
For customers ordering in bulk for corporate purposes, we adjust delivery charges and quote a special rate reflecting a one bulk consignment.
Use of your Information
Your information will enable us to provide you with access to all parts of our site and to supply the goods or services you have requested. It will also enable us to bill you and to contact you where necessary concerning your orders. We will also use and analyse the information we collect so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our business.
