- How to I purchase a mobile?
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the Paypal shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'View Cart' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Hanging-Mobile.co.uk use PAYPAL for all secure payments online. We do not store any of your details.
We do not currently take payments over the phone
- What is your returns policy?
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any goods and the original cost of delivery is non-refundable. This does not apply to faulty goods.
If you return an item to us, which is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason, which is our fault, please contact us at info@hanging-mobile.co.uk or telephone 028 90297093 to inform us and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In the event of you returning faulty goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage.
Damaged Packaging - All goods are securely packaged and if delivered damaged please DO NOT accept the parcel. Pleasecontact us as soon as possible.
Returns and Refunds - If not 100% satisfied with your order you may return it at your own expense within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund less delivery charges. The refund will be issued on receipt of the goods to ourselves (please ensure they are securely packaged as we will not accept damaged parcels).

World Wide Shipping
Delivery charges outside of the UK are as follows:
We aim to despatch all items in stock within 2-3 days via Royal Mail. Standard delivery takes 5-7 working days however we will do our best to get your parcel with you as soon as possible.
Overseas orders are normally sent via surface mail so please allow up to 28 days.
Overseas orders
Please note that all refunds to overseas orders will be done in British Pounds for the exact amount charged by us in Pounds. Hanging-Mobile.co.uk can not be held responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result of any such fluctuations.
